This page explains what information bxbgolf.com collects from you and what Birdies & Bogeys does with it.

The contact form

When you send the form on our Contact page, it collects:

That information is emailed to Birdies & Bogeys — it goes straight to Paul.

Booking a trip

Each trip page shows the trip’s dates, course, deposit, spots left and, when it is set, its price. To reserve spots today, call or text Paul at (702) 759-9566 — this website does not collect booking details yet.

When online booking opens, the booking form on a trip page will collect:

You will pay the deposit on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Stripe will process the payment — we never see your card number.

The booking form will use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep automated bookings out, and Turnstile will look at your IP address and signals from your browser. With your booking we will keep only a scrambled, one-way coded form of your IP address, used to limit how many checkouts one connection can hold at a time.

We will email you a confirmation and send your booking to Paul by email; paid bookings (your name, the number of spots, the players’ names and your phone number) will also appear on his calendar entry for the trip. If a trip is full, joining its waitlist online will collect your name, email address, phone number and the number of spots you would like.

The rules for reserving spots on a trip are on our terms page.
